When I started the school 2001, I didn’t realize that the biggest challenge and the most time-consuming element of my job is recruiting. Having a fantastic teacher is the only way we can guarantee the standards of our classes are maintain.

All teachers at the Hua Hsia Chinese are highly qualified and have years of teaching experience. The quality of teaching and learning at the Hua Hsia is regularly monitored through a rigorous Quality Assurance and the teachers are regularly asked to update their skills by attending training events, both in-house and external.

You will find all our teachers are extremely friendly and welcoming with an interest in your child and their progress. It makes a great atmosphere of support and encouragement for your child to have fun and grow at their pace- with plenty of personal attention, All our class is small to make sure all students have plenty of chance to learn in the class.

On every term end, teacher will prepare students report about how your child is getting on in the class. Some teachers will prepare a note book for correspondence with parents, some teachers have their own blog to upload their teaching plan and homework , you can leave your comments to get in touch at any time. In the spring term, teachers and parents will have a consultation about the progression route for your child.

All our teachers undergo a rigorous selection and training process including CRB Enhanced Disclosures, reference checks.
